She can provide financial guidance and assistance to corporations of all sizes and at all levels of establishment from day one of a start-up through a seasoned business needing strategic financial management.
Zokpia is an experienced CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and leader. He has led teams of accountants to perform a variety of accounting and consulting services, which include CFO and Controller services. His teams have prepared over 100 personal and business tax returns, completed many non-profit and for-profit audits and reviews, maintained and managed the bookkeeping activities of clients with revenues north of $1 million, and he routinely engages in the marketplace with his business consulting acumen. Zokpia is an astute learner, by the book, and through experience. In his career, which expands beyond accounting, he has acquired a number of revenue-generating real estate, actively manages a 6-figure investment portfolio, is an owner of multiple businesses, and is a wonderful personality on any team. Jennifer Morris is a seasoned Government & Commercial Contracts, Business and National Security attorney with more than 21 years’ experience. As a contracts expert with government, military, commercial and in-house counsel experience, she provides full scope business consulting and legal representation to clients. She is intimately familiar with the regulatory and statutory requirements facing government contractors and commercial entities and any aspect of FAR/DFAR compliance, federal & commercial contracting and internal business compliance is in her wheelhouse
